Terms of service
What ListBoost is
ListBoost is a self-serve writing tool that turns your seller notes and photos into draft Vinted listings. ListBoost is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Vinted. You do not connect a Vinted account to ListBoost and we do not log in to Vinted on your behalf. You copy listing text into Vinted manually.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately.
Credits and payments
- New accounts get a small number of free credits (currently 5). Each generated listing uses one credit.
- You can buy credit packs through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the card details directly; we never see them.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active.
- You can request a refund within 14 days of a credit pack purchase if you have not used any credits from that pack. Send refund requests to hello@listboost.app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ListBoost to write listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful, including but not limited to counterfeit goods, prohibited items, or items you do not own. You also agree not to attempt to bypass credit limits, abuse free signups, or submit content that is illegal, harassing, or contains other people's personal data without consent.
AI-generated content
Listings are produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing every generated listing before posting it on Vinted. ListBoost will not claim an item is authentic, brand new, or flawless unless you said so first, and the missingDetails section flags anything the model could not verify — please act on it.
Service availability
ListBoost is provided on a best-effort basis. We may change or pause features, and we may rely on third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe) which can have their own outages.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UK law, ListBoost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost sales, lost time) arising from generated content, downtime, or third-party outages. Our total liability for any direct loss is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@listboost.app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
