Plain-English summary

ListBoost helps UK Vinted sellers create copy-ready listing drafts from notes and photos. You stay responsible for checking the listing before posting. We do not log in to Vinted, auto-post listings, or process card details ourselves. Subscriptions are handled through Stripe and can be cancelled or changed from your billing page.

1. What ListBoost is

ListBoost is a self-serve productivity tool for generating draft listing content, price guidance, photo checklists, search keywords and buyer replies for Vinted sellers. ListBoost is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Vinted. You copy the generated content manually into Vinted or any other marketplace you choose.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate signup information, including a valid email address and your name.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
  • You must verify your email before using the logged-in app.
  • If you believe someone has accessed your account, change your password and contact support@listboost.uk.

3. Plans, usage and billing

  • New accounts currently include 3 free listings before a paid plan is required.
  • Monthly plans currently include Starter (20 listings), Seller (75 listings) and Elite (250 listings). The current plan limits and prices are shown on the pricing page before checkout.
  • Usage resets at the start of each paid billing cycle. Unused listings do not roll over unless we explicitly state otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. Stripe handles card details directly. ListBoost does not store card numbers, CVC codes, or full payment credentials.
  • You can cancel or switch plans from Billing. A cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous paid periods.

4. Refunds and billing support

If a renewal was accidental or something went wrong, email support@listboost.uk within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may refuse a refund where the account has already used a meaningful amount of the paid monthly allowance, where there is suspected abuse, or where the request falls outside the refund window.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ListBoost to create misleading, fraudulent, illegal, harmful, or abusive content. This includes counterfeit items, prohibited goods, listings for items you do not own, false condition claims, private personal data, harassment, spam, or attempts to bypass usage limits and billing controls.

6. AI-generated output

ListBoost uses AI to draft listing content. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for checking every title, description, keyword, price suggestion, photo checklist and buyer reply before using it. You should verify brand, size, condition, authenticity, defects, postage, materials and measurements yourself before posting to Vinted.

7. Photos and seller content

You confirm that any notes, photos or item details you upload are yours to use. Do not upload photos that include other people's private information unless you have permission. You keep ownership of your item content; you grant ListBoost the limited rights needed to process it, generate a draft and save it to your account history.

8. Service changes and availability

ListBoost is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Features may change as the product improves. The service depends on third-party providers including hosting, email, OpenAI, Anthropic and Stripe, and those providers may occasionally have outages or delays.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, ListBoost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost sales, lost profit, lost time, marketplace account issues, or buyer disputes arising from generated content or downtime. Our total liability for direct loss is capped at the amount you paid ListBoost in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Closing or suspending accounts

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, abuse free trials, attempt to bypass usage limits, create harmful content, or create operational or legal risk for the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
